Beach Shuttle for Guests due to Seaweed

Written by John Smith | Mar 19, 2015 11:17:49 AM

Dear Valued Guest,

As you may have realized, our usually pristine Crane Beach has been affected by large deposits of a brown seaweed, called Sargassum Seaweed. This last week, it has been especially problematic, causing many of you difficulties in accessing the beach. Even though this is a naturally occurring phenomenon that cannot be controlled, we sincerely apologise for any way in which the seaweed may have affected your stay with us. We are offering our guests complimentary beach shuttle services to Copacabana Beach Bar & Grill

While we have already started our clean-up operation with special equipment and machinery, it is important that our guests have easy access to another beach.  Until the beach is back to its renowned state when you will be happy to use it, we have partnered with Copacabana Beach Bar & Grill, allowing our guests full access to the beach facilities there.

Until further notice, we will be providing daily shuttle services between The Crane and Copacabana Beach Bar & Grill.

All Crane guests will receive a complimentary beach chair and umbrella.  Food and Beverages will be on sale.

Shuttle Times:

From The Crane to Copacabana: 10:00am, 11:30 am, 2:00pm

From Copacabana to The Crane: 3:00pm, 4:30pm, 6:00pm
