In Barbados, you'll quickly learn that nothing beats the heat quite like a perfectly chilled tropical cocktail. Except maybe two perfectly chilled tropical cocktails. One in each hand. The talented mixologists of The Crane have been busy creating an all-new Crane Signature cocktail selection for you to try. Here's a taste of the top five best sellers:

Exotic Mimosa

Visit Bar 1887 in The Village for a unique twist on the classic Mimosa. Peach in colour and fruity in flavour, this cocktail made with Moscato, Peach Schnapps, Cranberry Juice, Pineapple Juice and Fresh Strawberries. Delicious!

Ragged Point

Named for one of Barbados' most iconic scenes - Ragged Point Lighthouse - this cocktail is available in Bar 1887 and The Carriage House. Made with an equally iconic local spirit - Mount Gay Black Barrel Rum - the Ragged Point cocktail is a delightful mix of Ginger Liqueur, Apple Juice, Fresh Ginger and Sugar.

Desperado Mojito

Spiked with Banks - the 'Beer of Barbados' - the Desperado Mojito has been a major hit at The Carriage House. This fresh take on the Cuban cocktail features tequila, mixed with all the traditional ingredients of Lime Juice, Sugar and Fresh Mints.

Alfresco Splash

The Alfresco Splash should be enjoyed overlooking the pool for which it was named. Served daily at the pool side Carriage House Restaurant and Bar, this cocktail is a sweet mix of  Pineapple Coconut Rum, Blue Curacao, Orange Juice, Pineapple Juice and Lemon-Lime Soda.

White Wine Sangria

Fruity and refreshing, the White Wine Sangria has been flowing in The Crane's flagship restaurant L'Azure. The substitution of white wine for the typical red, makes this traditional Spanish cocktail the perfect drink to have in hand after enjoying a delicious lunch overlooking the world-famous Crane Beach.
