As of December 1, 2015, Crane Members will be able to receive statements online.
Simply log into your registered account at https://craneresorts.myaccountinfo.com, and opt-in to receive your statements online (see screenshot below), rather than by paper post. Once you opt-in, late notices and default notices will be available online, as well as sent via regular and registered post.
You can select specific or all of your accounts, but you must confirm via response to the auto-generated email, or the opt-in will expire after 17 days.
