We introduced an on-site Covid testing lab
At the height of the pandemic, we introduced our own on-site lab to provide COVID-19 testing services for guests. Named the Barbados Covid Lab, we offer reliable and timely Rapid Antigen tests and PCR tests that are especially helpful when guests need negative results to re-enter their home countries.

We placed sanitizing stations across the property
We know that consumer behaviour with respect to sanitizing has changed forever and we’ve adapted our property to meet that. We rolled out a sanitization programme that included placing touch-free sanitizing stations in vital, and non-intrusive areas such as the lobby and restaurant entrances.
These stations are not only an opportunity for you to keep yourself and others safe, but they serve as a reminder of our commitment to keeping your well-being at 100. Our goal is to maintain the Crane Resort as a safe space for all who share it.
Staff are masked always and tested frequently
The safety and wellbeing of Crane Resort guests and staff has always been our top priority. We continuously follow guidance from local and international public health authorities as we evolve our health and safety protocols.
As such, our teams continue to wear face coverings and practice social distancing, particularly in indoor settings and during social interactions. This practice is done for fully vaccinated and non-vaccinated staff. Currently, over 80% of our staff are fully vaccinated.
