Barbados Food & Wine and Rum Festival Serves Up Sizzling New Line-up this November!

Now in its 6^th year, the Barbados Food & Wine and Rum Festival has shaken things up! From November 19^th – 22^nd, Barbadians and visitors alike will enjoy an all-new roster of events and an exciting line up of local and international chefs.

Among this year’s headliners are Chris Cosentino, a leading expert of offal cookery, author and successful San Francisco-based restaurateur; Carla Hall, co-host of ABC Daytime’s The Chew, and contestant and fan favourite on Bravo’s Top Chef; Craig Harding, chef/owner of Campagnolo in Toronto and co-host of the web series The Chef’s Bar; and Andrew Pern, whose name is synonymous with the Michelin-starred Starr Inn in Harome in the North of England. They will be joined by perennial favourite and internationally acclaimed chef and author, Marcus Samuelsson of the iconic Red Rooster in Harlem, New York.

The Crane's signature restaurant L'Azure will host an installment of the Festival's Gourmet Safari.

Festival-goers will sample an all-new menu of events including  The Crane Resort’s installment of the Gourmet Safari on Saturday, November 21^st. FollowChef Carla Hall as she joins The Crane’s Executive Chef Duayne Holligan for an evening of opulent dining in L’Azure. Enjoy a cocktail reception before you indulge in this delectable 4-course dinner with wine pairings.
